To extend your stay, please follow these steps:

1. Return to the home page and begin a new booking as if you are checking in for the first time.
2. Enter the coupon code we sent you and click “Search.”
   • Your current room will only appear as available if the coupon code is used.

             3. Select your room, complete payment, and submit the reservation.

Important:

• If you are extending on the same day your current reservation ends, select the next business day as your start date.
• After booking, notify us so we can adjust the dates once payment is received.

After your fourth week ends, your coupon code will no longer work to extend your reservation.

At that point, your reservation will be managed through Tenant Webb Access. To get set up:

1. Locate the Tenant Webb Access invitation we emailed to you before your fourth week ended.
2. Review and sign the month-to-month lease that was also emailed to you.

This transition will not change your experience or stay—the only difference is where you submit your payments.

Yes! Once your lease begins in your 5th week, flexible payments are still allowed. At this stage, you will be billed for the full month, though. You may continue making payments at whatever cadence works best for you. As long as the full monthly balance is paid by the end of the month, you can continue using this flexible payment approach each month.
